The need to support remote user access to web, Java and legacy
applications is an increasingly difficult challenge for IT but
business pressures demand an immediate solution. To scale remote access,

IT can no longer depend upon a bevy of tactical point tools -- it needs
integrated enterprise solutions which can leverage identity federation
standards to also reach beyond your organisation . This is where
Novell Access Manager 3.0 comes in.

Access Manager 3.0 is the next generation for Novell's successful
iChain Access Management product but it provides significantly more
functionality than iChain.

Access Manager 3.0 is a single integrated platform for web access, SSL
VPN, federated identity bridging and identity management which
integrates seamlessly with LDAP directories such as eDirectory and
Active Directory.

John Singleton and Anthony Turco from Novell will provide an overview
of Novell Access Manager and some of the key technologies and standards
